Small White Bun: Enriched wheat flour or unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thimain mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast, wheat gluten, salt, vegetable oil (soybean oil or canola oil), dough conditioners (contains one or more of the following: sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium stearoyl lactylate, monoglycerides and/or diglycerides, calcium peroxide, calcium iodate, datem, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides), enzymes, soy flour, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, ascorbic acid, monocalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, sorbic acid, soy lecithin, calcium propionate (to retard spoilage). May contain grain vinegar, citric acid, cornstarch, and potassium iodate. Made in a bakery that may also use milk, eggs, and tree nuts. Bun Oil: Liquid and hydrogenated soybean oil, soy lecithin, natural & artificial flavor, beta-carotene (color), TBHQ and citric acid added to protect flavor, dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent added. Round Egg: Fresh USDA grade AA ex-large whole shell eggs. Bun Oil: Liquid and hydrogenated soybean oil, soy lecithin, natural & artificial flavor, beta-carotene (color), TBHQ and citric acid added to protect flavor, dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent added. American Cheese Slice : Cultured milk and skim milk, water, cream, sodium citrate, salt, sodium phosphate, sorbic acid (preservative), citric acid, artificial color, acetic acid, enzymes, sodium glyceryl oleate phosphate (for slice separation). Special Seasoning: Salt (yellow prussiate of soda added) and pepper.
